With her education in Human Resource Management, Leslie’s career started in logistics as a HR Manager. From the full development of handbooks, SOPs, and training manuals, she gained a wealth of hands-on experience that would later prepare her for the automotive, health and fitness, real estate, and oilfield industries.
Leslie quickly transitioned into the field of accounting. She was responsible for accounting, payroll, HR and all administrative/corporate aspects directly affecting a chain of multi-unit retail stores.
She developed HR policies, standard operating procedures and put accounting, payroll and other corporate administrative systems in place for businesses to ensure they run smoothly and successfully. From the setup of a business to the completion of a profitable buyout, she has seen every aspect of a business. Leslie now provides accounting and bookkeeping services to ASL's clients. She loves to see members run a profitable organization while providing an awesome culture to work in!
