George, founder and leader of ASL, has a wealth of experience and knowledge that continues to grow with every new client! In his early twenties, as a Paramedic, the thrill of entrepreneurship bit him and he started his first company at 24 which he later sold at 30. From there he went to work for the largest Bank in the country where he worked as a senior analyst and became Six Sigma and Lean certified. But his desire to run businesses kept itching him. He ran that company until he was offered a leadership position with the largest tire manufacturer in the world, leading their innovations team and also providing leadership training for their advanced front line leaders. George was eventually recruited from there to run a consulting group in the automotive retail industry, helping owners improve profitability and culture. Like the trend before, George was finished working for others and now runs a chain of automotive repair shops and this consulting company. Through his twenty plus years of leadership and coaching, he has seen and experienced many things and has learned the secret sauce for creating amazing cultures that reward with high retention rates which further feed owner profitability.
